The most random email I received yesterday:

(Don't worry, that wasn't the entire email. That would be weird. This was the entire email:

In case anyone else was wondering, I do have experience with treadmills. In my experience, they are machines at the gym. You can run on them. Doing so is more boring than running outside, but might be appealing if it's hot out, or if you need to precisely time intervals or something exciting like that. As for my view on treadmills, I would say they're adequate.
